4. Orders & Payments

  • Online orders and payments are processed using third-party payment gateways

  • We do not collect, hold, or process customer payments directly

  • Payment gateway fees, taxes, and settlement timelines are governed by the respective providers

  • Any disputes related to payment failures, refunds, or chargebacks must be handled between you, the customer, and the payment gateway

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

  • HomeEats does not provide delivery services

  • Delivery timelines, methods, and charges are decided by the seller

  • Any delays, damages, or losses during delivery are the seller’s responsibility

6. Pricing & One-Time Purchase

  • HomeEats is sold as a one-time website solution

  • No monthly subscription is charged by us unless explicitly stated

  • Pricing once paid is non-negotiable and non-transferable

  • Any future upgrades, customization, or support services may be chargeable

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product:

  • No refunds will be provided once the website files or access are delivered

  • Refunds will only be considered in case of duplicate payments or technical non-delivery
